The REO/Relocation Department of the Trevett Group was established in 1997 for the primary reason of servicing corporate clients in a one on one prompt, personal, professional manner. I have been able to achieve and develop a network of professional Real Estate associates to provide service to my clients throughout New York State with direct communication and without timely delay (REO agent to listing agent directly).

Since the inception of the REO/Relocation Department I have developed relationships with numerous banks, asset management companies and relocation companies both on a national and regional basis. I am a member of BuyBanks.com and REO.com and have attended many conferences and meetings pertaining to the servicing of many bank /corporate owned assets. Our REO department is growing and we are establishing new clients on a daily basis, while continuing to provide excellent service. I have established relationships with other Real Estate associates throughout New York State to service the client’s needs.

The Trevett Group, LLC is equipped to perform the following services and more: BPO’s, occupancy checks, re-keys, trash outs, winterizations, and listing and selling of the asset. I believe that my reason behind establishing this at the Trevett Group was for direct communication between the Asset Manager and myself.
